I bought this blanket for my tween for xmas. He is ALWAYS stealing my husbands faux fur throw. Absolutely loves the texture and heaviness of it. He is going to love this blanket. I like the charcoal color because we have babies in the house and thwy get chocolate everywhere.
Aside from the item quality I have to write about how impressed I am with the customer service. I have had multiple interactions with them since I've made multiple orders in the last year. I always feel better after reaching out. This item actually was lost by UPS. The customer service team helped me try to resolve the issue and when UPS offically reported they lost it they still sent me my item! I feel like so many companies make money off of issues like this by making the customer eat the cost. With Saranoni you get what you pay for, high quality comfort from their family to yours.
