Processing time

During our holiday season starting November 1, 2025 orders typically ship within 5-7 business days so you can cuddle up as soon as possible! However, if you choose to have your blanket(s) embroidered there could be an additional 3-5 business day lead-time on embroidery in addition to the processing time. Please also note there is an additional processing time of 1-3 business days for all print on demand blankets. Shipping speed is based on the delivery window selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
The cost of shipping will depend on the size, weight, and speed of the delivery method you choose and will be passed along to you with absolutely no upcharge on our end.

International Shipping
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and tariffs to the carrier upon delivery. All orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees (please contact your local Customs Office for more information). For packages that are refused upon delivery or returned back to Saranoni, the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties and tariffs to import the items back to the Saranoni. Bean bags are not eligible to be shipped internationally.
