Simply go to the bottom of your order confirmation email and hit the “edit or cancel” order button in your cart. Remember to quickly make your edits to your cart and re-submit your purchase to avoid losing items in your cart! If you need to cancel your order PLEASE DO SO WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS.
If you make a mistake on your embroidery order, you must call in to cancel the order. After which you can place another order with your correct embroidery. *Please double check to make sure your embroidery information is right the first time!
Unfortunately, because of the influx of orders at this time of year, we aren’t able to offer notes or gift wrapping!
One shipping address per order. If you are shipping to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Please keep in mind that Free Standard shipping is 4-14 Business Days PLUS processing time. It can take up to 3 full weeks (plus more if you order embroidery) to receive your order. Most free standard shipping is shipped via FedEx. Don’t be alarmed if your order hasn’t moved locations for a few days, or if it says it will be delivered ___ day and it is not delivered on that day. Most of the time it is still in transit, during the holidays shipments are delayed.
Because of the high volume of orders we receive at this time of year, order processing is about 3-10 business days. If you have added embroidery this can take an additional 3-5 business days to process. Our entire team is working as hard and fast as we can to ship orders out! If you order during our Black Friday sale, you will receive your order by Christmas.
Please keep in mind the shipping method only speeds up the actual shipping process of your order, not the processing of the order! Processing an order takes about 3-10 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, that’s when the shipping method you selected is applied.
Of course! You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up. The processing time still applies to local pickups!
We’ll be shutting down on our website at 6:30 am MT on Monday, November 23rd and it won’t open until 10:00 am once the sale goes live. This allows us the time to arrange the website and markdown prices for the sale.
Due to the site shutting down, you cannot fill your cart during that time period. We encourage you to fill your carts the Friday, Saturday or Sunday before. In order to save items in your cart, you must create an account and be logged in for your cart to be saved.

Our sale will be ONLINE ONLY. So even if you come into our storefront, you will not be able to place your order there. The order must be placed online.
