Saranoni Founder Emily's Favorite Granola Recipe

There is nothing I love more than an easy, healthy snack for my family. This Granola recipe is one of my absolute favorites because not only does it save us a lot of time, but also a lot of money. My kids love having it for breakfast, lunch or just a yummy snack throughout the day. Give it a try and let me know what you think. 

Easy Granola Recipe:

1 box oatmeal (42 oz) or 13 cups

1 bag coconut (13oz) or 5 1/3 cups

4 cups toasted silvered or sliced almonds(optional)

2 Tbsp. cinnamon

1 1/4 cups coconut oil (or vegetable)

2 1/2 cups honey 

Combine toasted almonds with oats, coconut and cinnamon. Blend honey with oil and bring to a rolling boil. Drizzle over oat mixture tossing to mix well. Place a cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 

Set the timer at 15 minutes and turn the granola over and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven, loosen with spatula, cool.
